Rates, Insurance & Payment

Sliding fee spots may be available for self-pay (this means you choose not to use your insurance) clients.  The sliding fee can go as low as 20% discount ($140 for intake, $120 thereafter).  I do NOT ask for any income verification and trust your judgement to choose what is affordable for you.  This option is available only when you are choosing not to involve your insurance including asking for reimbursement as your out-of-network benefit.

If I am out-of-network, I do NOT bill them directly. Instead, I will provide you with an itemized bill of full fee aka superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network coverage/reimbursement.  Please make sure your insurance has such benefits first to avoid surprising cost!  They are typically more expensive for you than your in-network benefits.
